Terms of Service

1) Eligibility & nature of the Service

• You must be 18+ and able to form a contract under New Zealand law.
• This is a social casino game for entertainment only. No real-money gambling, no cash-out, and no prizes with real-world monetary value are offered through the Service.

2) Accounts

• Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify us of unauthorised access.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise. We may suspend/close accounts for breaches or suspected fraud.

3) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• No unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; no harassment or impersonation.
• No buying/selling/trading accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

4) Virtual currency & virtual items

Coins/credits and other virtual items (together, “Virtual Items”) have no real-world value, are not legal tender, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and may be modified, rebalanced, or removed to maintain the Service.

5) Purchases, billing, refunds & chargebacks

• Optional in-app purchases may be available. Prices and taxes (including NZ GST where applicable) are shown at checkout.
• Unless required by law, purchases are final once delivered to your account. If you believe there is an error, contact us promptly.
• Unauthorised or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and removal of Virtual Items.

6) Promotions

Promotions, bonuses, and giveaways (if offered) may have additional rules, eligibility limits, and expiry dates. We may modify or end promotions where reasonably necessary (including to prevent misuse).

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Social Rewards Club Limited. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, and loss of Virtual Items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where applicable).

9) Termination & changes

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, security, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Disputes, law & jurisdiction (NZ)

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, and for proceedings we nominate the courts located in Auckland.
